Delivery And Return Policy


If you are not totally satisfied with your product, please send an email to within 30 days of your purchase for mailing instructions. Simply return the used products and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please Note: Only items purchased on will be accepted for return. If you purchased your product at one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.


If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at with photos of the packaging, the LOT # from the bottom of the box, and a description of the damage. SkinChoice will review your email and replace all reasonable claims. If your package is missing, please have a thorough look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight and check-in with anyone who might have already picked up the package for you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
