What are Breakout Patches?

Breakout Patches are stickers that treat pimples by drawing out gunk (like oil and pus), calming inflammation, and shielding the spot from bacteria and picking.

How do they work?

What’s hydrocolloid anyway?

It’s a sticky, gel-like flexible material that works by absorbing fluid from the pimple while keeping the skin around it moist and bacteria out. This is key for speeding up the pimple healing process.

How long does it take to work?

Most patches need at least 6 hours. You’ll know it’s done when it turns white.

What makes Classic Darts and Classic Fade different?

They’re supercharged with ingredients like salicylic acid and niacinamide to treat redness, inflammation, and post-acne marks.

How do Skin Choice patches compare to others?

How do I use them?

Clean and dry your skin, apply the patch directly over the affected area, and let it work its magic. For best results, use overnight.

Should I apply to clean, dry skin?

Yes—moisture can make them slip.

When should I use breakout patches in my routine?

Right after cleansing, before serums or moisturiser.

Can I apply makeup or cream under the patch?

Nope—clean and dry skin only.

Can I wear makeup over it?

Yes, if the patch is thin and clear (like our Classic 30 and Classic 75)

Can I wear it during the day?

Yes. They’re practically invisible (like our Classic 30 and Classic 75)

Can I sleep with it on?

Definitely. That’s the best time to let it work.

How long should I leave it on?

At least 6 hours—or overnight.

What if it falls off?

Just apply a new one.

Can I re-apply or use more than one?

Yes! Use as needed.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Can I use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Can teens use them?

Will they irritate eczema or rosacea?

Unlikely, but do a patch test just in case.

Can Classic Darts or Classic Fade cause reactions?

Rarely. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I use them with other acne meds?

What about with retinol or AHAs?

Yes—but not at the same time as the patch.

Are chemical burns possible?

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic standard shipping for orders over £25 in the UK, and worldwide free shipping for orders of £50+.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

After placing your order, please allow for 1-3 business days for processing, prior to shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Depending upon your selected shipping method, standard shipping typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Orders with expedited shipping take approximately 1-3 business days.

How long will it take my international order to arrive?

Typical shipment for international orders is 10-20 business days (weekends excluded), but can take longer depending on the shipping destination or service interruptions.

Following Brexit, there may be custom delays to orders shipped to EU destinations. We recommend you purchase our products on Amazon for faster shipping.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed, as our warehouse begins processing them immediately.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at info@skinchoice.com within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

When will an out of stock product be available again?

Due to the popularity of our products we may sell out fast! Sign up for our emails to get first-access to back-in-stock items and new product launches.

Should I expect my order to take longer during the holiday season?

We always strive to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With the busy holiday season, we have been made aware that some orders may take longer due to high volumes of traffic with our shipping partners. We plan ahead for the surge in holiday shipping but there may still be some orders that take longer than estimated. Most orders will arrived within 1-2 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’d be sad to see you go! But cancelling is easy if you need to.

  3. Find the subscription you'd like to cancel
  4. Click ‘More’ → then choose ‘Cancel’
  5. Select your reason, confirm, and you’re done!

You’ll get an email confirmation, and it’ll appear under ‘Inactive Subscriptions’ in your account.Note: If you have more than one subscription, each one must be cancelled individually.

How do I skip or change my next subscription shipment?

Need to delay your next delivery? No problem.
To skip or reschedule:
