Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Orders with standard shipping take approximately 2-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. Orders with expedited shipping take approximately 1-3 business days.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God, or any other events outside of our control there may be some delays to the delivery of your order.
We ship worldwide. SkinChoice products are also available on Amazon.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.
For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. If you receive a damaged item, please email email@example.com with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.
We will not accept any merchandise purchased from other third-party sellers. Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded subject to approval by SkinChoice. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
